Workout, stop reading. You're not listening if you're still reading. You are starting wrong if you are still reading but it's probably the only way start, so start wrong. It's not complicated at the start, the complicated part is getting back to the start once your past the point of no return. You have to get to the finish to start again. And you have been past the point of no return since just before you started to read, anything.

Keep reading it this way. You are always working out your mind. Your brain is another voluntary muscle along with your voluntary skeletal muscles. If you were lifting weights working out biceps you would immediately realise once you start a rep staying in the middle will exhaust you.
